Not too sure how I feel about these, my goal was to show a journey and while I think the pieces I ended up with accomplished that and are fun to look at they feel somewhat unresolved. I think that further emphasizing the girl and the lighthouse helped. I did what I wanted to do but I still feel there is more work to be done. Overall I feel that the last one is the most resolved.
I was hesitant to destroy the image too much, and I think that held me back. However I felt that if I lost the clarity of the image the meaning would not be as clear.
I might use this image as a jumping off point for my final project, but I have a couple different ideas in mind so that might not happen.
